The Working Principle of High Frequency Screen

In the grinding process, the grinding products are controlled and classified. The coarse grains are sifted out, and the materials on the screen are returned to the mill for grinding.

Fine particles that is sifted out of the material can be discharged in time to avoid excessive grinding. Timely screening of materials that meets the fineness requirements can improve mill output, reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency. The high frequency screen is installed in the dressing circuit, which can screen coarse concentrate and send it to the mill for further grinding. Fine grains are selected after screen, which can improve the concentrate grade.

Regulations on production safety

1.The operation should be started without load and the screening machine is not allowed to overload.

2.During operation, the staff cannot jump onto the screen. It must stop when cleaning the screen hole and handling the accident

Preparation before driving

1.Before driving should pay attention to check whether there is debris on the screen, coal slime. Checking the screen whether there is damage, ensuring there is no block coal blocking at the feeding box opening.

2.Checking whether the drain pipe and discharge chute are blocked, and deal with it in time.

3.Checking all parts are correct, after receiving the start signal can start. When driving, leave the running part of the equipment and monitor the starting condition of the equipment near the operating switch.
